We only utilize the genuine ICC publication 769 E ( ICC Model Contract ).

It's not bad to be new to the business, but we expect the broker to do their homework before contacting each other. We get thousands of emails where people claim to be "close" to a seller/buyer, but the "closeness" is not straightforward. We are not here to teach every person who emails us a business, do your homework. When there is no transparency, it is always difficult.
We expect you to do your due diligence before submitting any documents or requests. As brokers, facilitators and traders, we feel it is our corporate responsibility to do our homework properly before sending anything to our managers.
